What You'll Do

• Perform signature Blo blowouts, braids, updos, bridal styling, makeup & extension services
• Deliver our signature Pink Carpet Guest Experience
• Build lasting guest relationships
• Recommend memberships, retail & service enhancements
• Participate in education and team training
• Maintain a clean, organized, upscale environment
• Create a positive experience for every guest and teammate

What We're Looking For

✔ Active Kentucky Cosmetology License
✔ Positive attitude & strong work ethic
✔ Passion for beauty and styling
✔ Excellent communication & customer service skills
✔ Team player who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment
✔ Desire to learn, grow & build a career
