The role you’ll contribute:

Responsible for facilitating a secure, effective, integrated electronic medical record system that improves outcomes, reduces costs, increases efficiency, and enhances user experiences. This position analyzes and understands business problems, making solution recommendations that meet organizational goals. Additionally, this role engages in activities of analysis, design, implementation, optimization, and application support, performing troubleshooting and issue resolution. In addition, this position provides 24-hour on-call support for various clinical applications, researching, communicating, resolving, and escalating issues as needed. Responsibilities for this role include mentoring less experienced team members, customizing order sets, documentation, and views, and building macros and auto-text within the EMR.

  • Provides 24/7 on-call support for providers and extenders, traveling nationally to support major implementations as needed.

  • Communicates changes to applications in line with agreed SOPs and work instructions, documenting and articulating technical specifications.

  • Serves as a resource and role model in the use of clinical information systems, maintaining thorough knowledge of the computer system and various applications.

  • Rounds with providers during care delivery to assess functionality, impact workflow, analyze user needs, and document requests.



The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years of experience

  • Driver’s License (DL)
