Our small community allows you to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing the compassionate care they deserve.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals living with dementia.
- Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines.
- Observe and report changes in residents condition to the nursing staff.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Work as part of a supportive team to provide exceptional resident care.
- Current CNA certification is preferred but not required. Resident Aides are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in dementia care, assisted living, or long-term care is a plus but not required.
- Compassionate, dependable, patient, and team - oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Starting pay of $17.00 per hour (based on experience)Â
