Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Operations in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and contribute to Allied Universal’s caring, reliable, and integrity-driven team culture.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access activity and help maintain awareness of authorized personnel, visitors, deliveries, and contractor movement in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
