Objective:

The Senior Controls Engineer provides high-level technical expertise, lead engineering efforts on complex projects, and mentor junior staff while ensuring quality, safety, and client requirements are met.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Project).
Exhibits an expert-level work ethic and strong reliability.
Advanced expertise in hardware panel design.
Advanced expertise in PLC programming.
Solid proficiency in general HMI programming.
Working knowledge of VFDs, servo systems, and drive controllers.
Advanced expertise in PPE requirements and overall safety awareness.

Effectively keeps internal teams aligned with project schedules.
Successfully maintains field team adherence to project timelines.

Current Hours and Starting Time

Full Time,40 hours per week.
Overtime may be needed.
Currently Hybrid Work Environment- which includes some time in automotive plants.

Physical and Travel Requirements:

This position requires travel to job sites as needed.
The individual must be physical capable of:
- Climbing a two-story ladder
- Walking one mile within 20 minutes
- Carrying a laptop while moving across job sites
- Lifting up to 30lbs. without difficulty.
