Job DetailsJob Location: Bachman Subaru - Louisville, KY 40299Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 HourlyBachman Auto Group is a family owned company that started in 1985 and is founded on the principle : "Treat Others The Way You Want To Be Treated".  Today with seven franchise brands, a national parts distribution center, locations in Kentucky and Southern Indiana, and over 450 employees, Bachman is consistently the region leader in sales, service and customer satisfaction.   Express Service Writer Description Our Express Service Team works together to expediently handle our customers basic service needs and keep the main shop writers and technicians focused on heavier, more time consuming line work.  The most frequent and first line contact with our customers, it is imperative that our Express Team be customer centric and work collaboratively with the Sales, Service and Parts Departments. QualificationsThe ideal Express Writer is organized and able to multi-task and follow directions from the Management Team while also communicating with the Express Team on repairs and maintaining contact with customers for updates.  They should be a good communicator, both in person and able to write effectively in email communications Our company uses many different technologies and our Express Writers are expected to be comfortable with and make use of all of the programs that we use including CDK, Drive Centric, Rapid Recon, Microsoft 365 (IE: Word, Excel and Outlook) and Teams as well as various Manufacturer websites.  This position requires a valid driver license and acceptable records check.  EOE
