The Vice President of Sales is responsible for leading and scaling the company’s global sales strategy for aircraft parts and distribution services. This role owns revenue growth, customer relationships, and sales execution. The VP of Sales partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product to align demand with inventory, margins, and customer commitments. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building a high-performing sales organization while driving profitable, sustainable growth.Â
Essential Job Functions:Â
- Develop and execute the global sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Own revenue targets, margin performance, and sales forecasting
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and product opportunities
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key airline, MRO, OEM, broker, and defense customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand signals
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales organization (inside sales, account management, business development)
- Standardize sales processes, CRM usage, and pipeline management
- Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and incentive plans
- Performs other duties as assigned.Â

Requirements:Â
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in aviation, aerospace, MRO, or industrial distribution
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading sales teams
- Strong understanding of aircraft parts distribution, inventory-driven sales, and margin management
- Experience selling to airlines, MROs, defense, or aviation operators preferred
