What Will You Be Doing?

  • Assisting buyers with making selections to customize their home
  • Ensure that homebuyer(s) is aware of all options available
  • Entering customer information/selections into computer systems
  • Advise customers on interior design features (with respect to color, functionality, budget)
  • Provide complete product information detailing performance, durability, and maintenance of homebuyer(s) selections
  • Manage distribution of design center paperwork
  • Communicate with Sales, Purchasing, Homeowners and Trades as required to successfully execute the homebuilding process
  • Is knowledgeable and able to communicate the design center experience and the overall new home buying experience
  • Other duties as assigned or expected

What Will You Bring?

  • Prior design related experience with a production homebuilder a plus; not required
  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years Collegiate Coursework preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Detail oriented, self-disciplined, and organized with excellent follow-up
  • Ability to deal with conflict & set expectations
  • Great listening skills and creative problem solving with the ability to find the root cause, as well as a solution
  • Must be a team-player with an enthusiastic attitude

  • Must have ability to read and understand architectural and structural blueprints
  • Financial knowledge as it relates to residential mortgage loans
