What you will do – Essential responsibilities
- Interior cleaning, which includes vacuuming, shampooing, and stain removal.
♦ Exterior cleaning, which includes power wash of exterior and engine compartment, wax application, use of orbital buffer, and wet sanding
♦ Paint touch up of chips
♦ Participate in cleaning of facility
♦ Participate in auction support
♦ Ensure that all vehicles meet CarMax Final Quality Standards for cleanliness.
♦ Drive vehicles to and from various locations as requested by supervisor.
♦ Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
♦ Monitor shop compliance with CarMax, O.S.H.A., and EPA policies

Qualifications and requirements
- A high level of motivation
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Work outdoors in all types of weather Â
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Primarily working in an outdoor environment; may include working at times in noisy and/or inclement weather conditions
