Community Health Care Louisville is looking for a Medical Receptionist with a passion for helping others to be the first and last point of contact for our patients. Our office is energetic, team oriented, and dedicated to providing excellent patient-centered care. Responsibilities:

  • Greeting all patients and visitors 
  • Perform patient check in and check out
  • Verify patient’s contact and personal information at all visits
  • Verify the patient’s insurance and collect any associated co-pays at the time of service
  • Answer incoming calls and directs the caller accordingly
  • Maintain patient privacy by following HIPAA guidelines and safety rules
  • Conduct patient appointment reminders

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Possess a strong knowledge of medical office procedures
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic, with a desire to surpass expectations
  • Positive teamwork approach
