Job description
We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and professional Visit Supervisor to oversee supervised family visits. This role ensures that children and families have a safe, structured, and supportive environment to maintain positive connections. The Visit Supervisor is responsible for monitoring interactions, documenting visits, and maintaining clear communication with both families and the agency.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise family visits in person, ensuring a safe and positive environment for all participants.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and neutrality during visits.
  • Accurately document observations and interactions during each visit.
  • Arrive on time and prepared for each scheduled visit.
  • Communicate promptly with agency staff regarding schedules, concerns, or incidents.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 5–10 families.
  • Follow all agency policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
     
Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain neutral, professional, and focused in high-stress situations.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience working with children and families preferred.
  • Must have dependable transportation.
     
Compensation:

  • Paid hourly, based on supervised visits completed.
