We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator to assist with the shipping, receiving, and coordination of pickup on packages. This role will work with the team to ensure a seamless transfer of packages into and out of First Class Air Support.Â

What you will be doing…
- Ship aircraft parts and other company mailings in compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Receive and document incoming aircraft parts, tooling, equipment, and other aeronautical items
- Arrange pickup and delivery of packages to proper company departments
- Maintain records of outgoing shipments and couriersÂ
- Support inventory management activities, including inventory tracking, stock organization, reconciliation efforts, and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Advise Supervisor of any materials or supplies received in a damaged or incorrect state
- Audit inventory annually
- Keep assigned workspace clean and orderly
- Act in compliance with federal regulation and company policy
- Use proper safety equipment and follow all safety proceduresÂ
- Perform other duties as requested by Supervisor
What we are looking for…
You will need to have:
- High School Diploma or EquivalentÂ
- At least one year of warehouse experienceÂ
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive a forkliftÂ
- Intermediate computer aptitude
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate light to medium weights of 10-50 Ibs
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Experience with shipping and receivingÂ
- Familiarity with aircraft part numbers
- Experience working with Quantum software
