THE BIG TASK

We’re looking for skilled HVAC Maintenance Technicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality residential service. In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive, high-performing team where your technical skills and customer service both matter.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Perform residential HVAC tune-ups and system inspections with precision
• Deliver a top-tier customer experience on every call
• Accurately complete service invoices and job closeouts
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and internal teams
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
• Stay engaged in ongoing training and skill development

Qualifications

What you Bring:

• 1–2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred
• Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License (or close to obtaining)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II preferred)
• NATE Certifications (Core + specialties a plus)
• Basic HVAC tools
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
