Dog Groomer

Tired of doing everything yourself, or being expected to crank out dogs with no support?

Dogs’ Own Grooming Salon is growing, and we are looking for a full-time experienced groomer to join our team.

This is a great fit for a groomer who knows their craft, is confident with breed trims, can safely handle large dogs, and is comfortable grooming around 7 dogs per day while still doing quality work.

You are not walking into chaos.

You will have bather support, front desk support, and a team with over 180 combined years of grooming experience. Around here, groomers help each other, the team knows what they are doing, and you are not expected to carry the whole salon on your back.

Requirements

• Has professional grooming experience
  

• Is confident with breed-standard trims
  

• Can safely handle large dogs
  

• Can keep a steady, quality-focused pace
  

• Communicates well with clients and teammates

Benefits

• Commission pay from 30% to 45%, based on experience
  

• Estimated earning range: $35,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on schedule, production, experience, and tips
