Feazel Roofing, one of the nation’s leading residential roofing contractors, is seeking an experienced and driven Exterior Repair Technician to join our team. About the Role

As a Service Technician, focused on exterior repair, you’ll be responsible for performing roofing, siding, and exterior service repairs. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and the long-term integrity of our projects. You’ll handle everything from minor leak fixes to larger repair projects, always with a focus on safety, quality, and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

Perform roofing, siding, and exterior service repairs including sealing leaks, repairing flashing, replacing damaged shingles/siding panels, resealing trim, and caulking
Handle larger repair projects (chimney flashing rebuilds, dormer/window trim repairs, siding sections, etc.) with a focus on quality and safety
Safely ascend/descend ladders up to 40 ft and perform repair work at heights
Communicate job requirements clearly to managers, team members, and customers
Maintain a clean and professional appearance of self, vehicle, and equipment
Document inspections, repair details, and materials used
Comply with all company safety policies, practices, and OSHA requirements
Promote additional services or products when appropriate
Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of roofing/siding service and repair experience (no replacement experience required)
High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or certifications preferred)
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
Ability to travel as needed for service work
Comfortable with heights; physically able to lift up to 80 lbs
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Positive, solution-based approach to challenges
Available for overtime and on-call service as needed
Safety certifications (OSHA, Fall Protection, etc.) are a plus
