Description

Are you looking to start or grow your career in warehouse operations? We are seeking a motivated, dependable team member who is eager to learn and develop new skills. No extensive experience is required. We provide hands-on training, cross-training opportunities, and a supportive environment where you can build a long-term career.


This role offers exposure to multiple areas of warehouse and logistics operations, including material handling, equipment operation, and local transportation.


What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll work closely with our team to support daily warehouse operations while learning valuable skills across multiple functions.


Key Responsibilities

Perform warehouse bulk pulls and assist with supporting accurate inventory.

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

Complete a variety of warehouse, administrative, and operational tasks.

Support receiving, staging, storage, and distribution activities.

Learn to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided).

Assist with labeling, packaging, organizing, and preparing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.

Provide occasional support for packaging and kitting operations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.


Work hour(s):

6 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Friday


Pay & Benefits

Starting Pay: $18.00–$18.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Performance Reviews: Compensation is reviewed after your first 90 days and annually thereafter. Opportunities for pay increases are based on performance and contribution.

Overtime Pay: Paid at applicable overtime rates for hours worked over 40 per week. Occasional weekend overtime may be available.

PTO): Start earning PTO from day one. Employees receive 2 weeks of PTO in their first year, with opportunities to increase accrual up to 4 weeks annually based on tenure.

Health Benefits: Eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days of employment.

Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.


Requirements

Valid Colorado Driver's License required.

Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review prior to employment.

Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
