Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Deliver individualized, evidence-based physical therapy services
- Help residents regain mobility, strength, and independence
- Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary care team
- Participate in discharge planning and continuity-of-care processes
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed PT (or graduating soon)

- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
