About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Customer Care team in Lowell, AR. This is a full-time, in-office role in a fast-paced contact center where you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers.
In this role, you’ll help schedule appointments, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a high-energy environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
CompensationÂ
- $15 - $17/hour based on experience + bonus opportunities tied to performance

-  Friday–Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PMÂ
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
- Â Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling, rescheduling, and general questionsÂ
- Â Ensure appointments are accurately scheduled and confirmed each dayÂ
- Â Communicate effectively with technicians, dispatch, operations managers, and team membersÂ
- Â Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and escalate when neededÂ
- Â Accurately enter and update customer and job information in scheduling systemsÂ
- Â Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detailÂ
- Â Help keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environmentÂ

Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- Â Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or dispatch roleÂ
- Â Experience with scheduling or dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan or similar)Â
- Â Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and multitasking throughout the dayÂ
