About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Customer Care team in Lowell, AR. This is a full-time, in-office role in a fast-paced contact center where you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers.

In this role, you’ll help schedule appointments, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a high-energy environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

Compensation 

  • $15 - $17/hour based on experience + bonus opportunities tied to performance
Schedule Options:
We are currently hiring for the following set schedules:

  •  Friday–Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM 
  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Please note: Candidates will be asked to select one of the above schedules during the screening process.


What You’ll Do

  •  Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling, rescheduling, and general questions 
  •  Ensure appointments are accurately scheduled and confirmed each day 
  •  Communicate effectively with technicians, dispatch, operations managers, and team members 
  •  Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed 
  •  Accurately enter and update customer and job information in scheduling systems 
  •  Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail 
  •  Help keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment 
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

  •  Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  •  Comfortable using computers and learning new systems (training provided) 
  •  High attention to detail and strong organizational skills 
  •  Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset 
  •  Reliable attendance and punctuality 
  •  Ability to stay composed and productive in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Must pass a background check and drug screening 
Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

  •  Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or dispatch role 
  •  Experience with scheduling or dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan or similar) 
  •  Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and multitasking throughout the day

  •  In-office role with consistent phone and computer use 
  •  Fast-paced, high-volume environment—especially during peak seasons 
  •  Requires strong multitasking, organization, and adaptability
