Position Details:

• Main Office location: Concord, MA
• Service Area: Lowell, Billerica, Chelmsford, Westford, Groton, Pepperell, Dunstable areas.
• Job Type: Full Time
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Treat newly evaluated patients and follow creative and intensive plans of care
• Follow detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients
• Communicate and coordinate with patients’ physicians to ensure a consistent level of care
• Treat patients in their homes and teach them how to safely ambulate in their own environment
• Communicate and document on patients’ progress
• Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries
• Comply with federal and state Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant regulations
• Work and connect with other therapy and nursing staff to promote excellent communication
• Ensure outstanding communication with patients, families, physicians and teammates
• Strive for the best patient experience and outcomes possible
   

Qualifications:

• 1+ years’ professional COTA experience preferred
• Valid state COTA license
• Exceptional work ethic and dedication to patient success
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• CPR and first aid certification required

• Salary Range: $68-80k/Annual
