Benefits & Scheduling
- Start time is 9:50 am. Shifts are available 7 days per week and it is required to work Saturday or Sundays.
- $21.50 / Hour + Bonus (if eligible) paid biweekly

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Successfully handle and聽deliver聽packages聽on time
- Safely聽drive and perform safety聽inspections聽on Company vehicle
- Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
- Provide聽excellent customer service聽and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
- Keep pace聽in聽physically demanding聽job; work in all聽weather聽conditions and on various routes;聽lift聽packages (up to 70 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
- Communicate effectively聽with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
- Use聽smart phone device聽for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
- Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
- Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
Qualifications
Delivery Driver Basic Requirements
- Must be聽at least 21 years old
- Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver鈥檚 license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a聽4-Panel Drug Screening聽(which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
- Must have a聽clean motor vehicle report聽(multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
- Must have good English speaking, reading, writing /聽communication聽skills

HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1- 3 WEEKS to COMPLETE. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver鈥檚 license.
