Join Litehouse as an Industrial Electrician!

Location: Lowell
Shift: 1st Shift


We're looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to keep our operations running at peak performance. In this hands-on role, you'll work with 480VAC 3-phase, 120V AC, and low voltage DC systems, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining critical electrical infrastructure that keeps our production moving. If you have the technical expertise, safety-first mindset, and a passion for precision work, we want to hear from you.


What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems to ensure efficient and continuous operation

  • Assemble, install, test, and maintain wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using hand, power, and precision measuring tools

  • Inspect electrical systems and components to ensure compliance with codes and regulations

  • Identify and correct malfunctioning systems using test equipment and hand tools

  • Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components according to codes and safety standards

  • Follow all safety regulations and use required PPE at all times

  • Keep accurate maintenance records and report hazards or equipment issues promptly

  • Be available for 12-hour day/night shifts, weekends, call-outs, and overtime as needed


What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship or vocational training in industrial electrical work (required)

  • Journeyman electrician license and compliance with state/local electrical regulations (required upon hire)

  • 4+ years of industrial electrical experience, or a combination of technical training and experience

  • Strong knowledge of 480VAC 3-phase, 120V AC, and low voltage DC systems

  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments

  • Commitment to safety protocols and PPE compliance

  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Additional electrical or safety certifications (preferred)
