Position Summary

As a Sauna Installation Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers’ products are delivered, assembled, and installed with care and precision. From hot tub covers to saunas to specialty equipment, you’ll use your mechanical know-how, carpentry skills, and customer service expertise to make sure every job is done right. You’ll also collaborate with teammates across departments, making you an important part of our customer-first service culture.

What You’ll Do

· Master all aspects of delivery and installation, including moving and lifting products safely.

· Deliver and assemble hot tub covers, lifters, and siding panels.

· Install saunas and specialty equipment, including Covana automated spa covers.

· Provide exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed and addressing questions or concerns.

· Use internal computer programs to manage tasks and schedules.

· Maintain tools, equipment, and department assets.

· Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and teamwork.

· Participate in weekly service team meetings.

· Support other departments when needed.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

· 5+ years of relevant work experience.

· Strong carpentry and mechanical skills; proficiency with power tools.

· High school diploma (or equivalent).

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

· A positive, can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

· Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

· Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift and maneuver 100+ lbs.

· Regular kneeling, bending, and lifting.

Schedule

Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week

Core hours: Monday thru Friday/7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Overtime available seasonally

Starting pay range $26-$30/hourly (DOE)
