The anticipated start date for the position is early March, and while we await the Lowell site opening, training will take place at one of our other locations in Saugus or Waltham before transitioning to Lowell once the program opens.  Schedule: Full-time. QualificationsQualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Prior experience working in customer service and/or with individuals with substance use disorders Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word required
