We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Writer to join our team in Lowell, AR. What You’ll Do As a Service Writer, you’ll be the connection between our customers and service team—keeping everything running smoothly from start to finish. Greet customers and gather service details Open and manage repair orders Schedule and coordinate service work Provide updates and communicate throughout the repair process Answer phones and assist customers with scheduling and questions Review completed work orders for accuracy (labor, parts, notes) Handle billing, invoices, and payments Balance cash drawer and process C.O.D. transactions Support payroll tracking and technician time sheets Assist the parts department as needed What We’re Looking For Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or service writing Automotive, diesel, or transportation industry experience preferred (not required) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems High attention to detail and accuracy Team player with a strong work ethic Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license What We Offer Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (multiple plan options) HSA with employer contributions Employer-paid Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) with company match (after 1 year) PTO accrual starting on Day 1 Consistent Monday–Friday schedule Qualifications
