Teacher- After School Program COMPETITIVE PAY

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lead an after school classroom at LCCPS. Have excellent organizational and communication skills. Exemplify genuine enthusiasm and excitement about working with children.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Included but not limited to:

• Lead your class or section.
• Facilitate check-in circle time.
• Lead engaging activities that support learning and belonging, and that support the curriculum of LCCPS.
• Assist students with their homework.
• Record daily attendance and homework tracker.
• Work collaboratively as a team
• Participate in the planning program events.
• Meet program requirements of 21st Century Learning Community Program

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Hours are Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 6:00pm every school day, including 2 half days a months on Wednesdays with a start time of 11:15am
• Previous experience working in an afterschool or camp setting with children grades K to 6 is preferred.
