Receiving

Description

Expectations include: 

· Compare packing slips, product, and purchase orders to verify accuracy of the shipment’s contents and quantities.

· Inspect incoming materials for defects or transit damage and report discrepancies

· Perform receiving transactions in Enwork’s ERP system

· Route and deliver materials directly to the manufacturing floor or place them in designated warehouse location

· Safely load/unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks

· Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following and supporting all safety and housekeeping policies.

· Look for continuous improvements within the shipping/receiving department.

Requirements

· Strong attention to detail

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with a variety of people.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Proficient with computers

· Able to follow written job instructions

· Previous shipping/receiving experience preferred

· Ability to lift 40lbs, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull pallet jacks throughout the shift

· Able to pass an in-house forklift certification and training requirements as directed by MIOSHA guidelines
