Job DetailsJob Location: Camp Hill, PA 17011Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $25.00 - $28.00 HourlyThe Property Management Associate (PMA) plays a key role in supporting the property’s short-term revenue initiatives, executing mall marketing strategies, and assisting with the overall management of the property. This position fosters strong retailer and community relationships while serving as a vital link between Mall/General Management, Business Development, and Marketing. The PMA ensures seamless communication and collaboration across departments, contributing to the property’s overall success. This position is 40 hours per week as schedule to be determined by business necessity.   Overall Responsibilities: Be the liaison between Operations, General Manager, Marketing, Retail Leasing, Asset Management, Accounting, and Legal to expedite Business Development deals from negotiations through tenant openings and closings Work with all office staff to provide effective liaison between management, customers, and retailers Enter agreements and deals into Salesforce and maintain accurate vendor/tenant records. Process signature requests through Right Signature Track, maintain and procure as needed paperwork from third parties such as, but not limited to permits, and Certificates of Insurance (COIs). Work with townships and county as needed. Track, maintain and procure as needed paperwork for internal purposes such as but not limited to work orders for operations, security, maintenance and housekeeping. Collect sales and observational data from tenants for reporting and other stakeholders Take and distribute photos of tenants (such as but not limited to openings, events, Santa, holiday décor, Easter, mall-specific stores) to stakeholders Coordinate, install, remove and take Pop photos of all on-mall promotional and Business Development signage including exterior pylons, LEDs and other relevant property assets. Other duties as assigned   Business Development: Manage day-to-day of the common area program, which includes walking the mall twice a day ensuring tenants are adhering to standards outlined in leases/license agreements Identify common area placement for business development deals. Coordinate production/installs and removals for all common area deals Monthly coordination of rent roll Work closely with Accounting and Bookkeepers in managing and coordinating AR collection efforts, create/send legal letters for defaults, demands, terminations, etc. Draft and maintain all reversal and write-off requests. Marketing Supervise third-party seasonal photo operator, including monitoring daily operations and third-party staff Organize and inventory marketing supplies while ensuring they stay in good condition Oversee third-party installation, teardown, and refurbishment need of holiday décor Administrative: Manage Avid and P-cards for all staff members with a card Assist the General Manager, Operations Manager, and Security with EPM tasks. Handle payroll processing Input water and electric meter readings Update daily reports on OneDrive. Invoice tenants for services, and manage other necessary invoices Purchase office supplies as needed   QualificationsQualified Applicants Will: College degree or equivalent work experience Possess excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, with all levels of management, and the public, and effective interpersonal skills Prior experience working with budgeting processes Be able to work independently and be organized Ability to multi-task, and handle multiple work assignments Be proficient in MS Office, Windows, Outlook (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc), Google Drive, and Salesforce Must be able to lift to 50 pounds and be able to walk the property a minimum of twice per day
