About the Role
Clarvida is hiring a SchoolBased and Outpatient Mental Health Counselor in New Kensington , PA. This fulltime role offers competitive hourly rates, travel compensation, and opportunities for licensed clinicians to earn more than the nonlicensed scale. As a SchoolBased Mental Health Counselor, you will provide individual and family therapy inside schools and the outpatient clinic, maintain timely clinical documentation, ensure compliance with state/local regulations, and travel between school sites or appointment locations—all aligned with Clarvida’s personcentered, traumainformed care model.
Responsibilities
  Provide individual and family therapy for assigned caseload within the Fox Chapel Area School District or Burrell School District (elementary, middle, high school levels)
  Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner
  Travel to appointment sites, schools, or other required locations as outlined in program requirements
  Adhere to state and local regulatory requirements pertaining to schoolbased mental health services
  Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support clients
Required Qualifications
   Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical field from an accredited institution
   Verified clinical practicum or internship completed
  Licensed (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in Pennsylvania OR willing to work under nonlicensed rate if license is not held
  Willingness to travel between school and appointment sites (up to 100% travel possible)
