Schedule: 5 days/week (40 hours), weekend availability required

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Prep Cook (AM) to join our culinary team. This is a full-time position with consistent hours and the opportunity to work in a high-volume, professional kitchen. The ideal candidate is punctual, organized, and comfortable working mornings with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and portion ingredients according to kitchen prep lists and recipes
  • Ensure prep areas are fully stocked and organized for daily service
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workstation
  • Assist with food production as needed during service periods
  • Properly label, date, and store food in compliance with health codes
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Communicate and coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Previous prep cook or kitchen experience
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Must be reliable and available for early morning shifts and weekends
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
