The role involves supporting our Asset Management and Underwriting teams by collaborating with borrowers to address deferred maintenance and identify potential issues.
Candidates must be prepared for up to 80% travel within the United States.
The position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in property inspections or a related field.
The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team, responsible for conducting, reviewing, and reporting on property inspections across various property types. In this role, you will support our Asset Management and Underwriting teams by working closely with borrowers to address deferred maintenance, identify potential problem areas and review repair solutions for any deficiencies

This position requires up to 80% travel within the United States.
