Production Tech

Duties

• Assemble golf carts and LSVs according to detailed specifications and work instructions
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform precise assembly tasks
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move parts and finished products
• Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure compliance with standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues during assembly as needed
• Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment
• Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Loads and unloads materials from delivery trucks onto warehouse.
• Prepare and stock parts as needed in work space.
• Installs parts in specified relationship to each other.
• Verifies completion of structure/stage.
• Applies latest OSHA codes, industry standards, and company policies in daily work.
• Manages assigned tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment (as needed)
• Forklift and hand truck operation (as needed)
• Basic vehicle operation skills.
• Teamwork is required.
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Knowledge of automotive, small engine, and automotive electrical a plus!

Must have high school education and/or minimum 6 months related experience or training in manufacturing or warehouse operations.

• BC Co. does offer a heated and air-conditioned assembly warehouse.
• Must wear close toe shoes. Always wear pants, no shorts or open toe shoes allowed.
• Company shirts will be provided.
• Break room with full kitchen on site.
• The noise level of the work environment is usually moderate.
