Group 1 Ford/Lincoln Hub City is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail sales and service. We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced service environment, enjoy working with customers, and can confidently recommend maintenance and repair services.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
  • Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
  • Ability to achieve targeted goals
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License
  • Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
