We are seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join our team and help drive our continued success. Our technicians are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and take pride in performing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
  • Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
  • Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors

Qualifications

  • Kia or Hyundai certification is required.
  • 2+ years of automotive dealership experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certification(s) in different specialized areas such as brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
