We are currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Spanish Receptionist who can provide excellent customer service and has a great POSITIVE attitude. Office Hours: 8AM - 5PM Monday-Thursday, 8AM-3PM Friday Functions as the public face of the business, greeting a wide range of visitors; performs a full range of duties including answering and routing telephone calls, record keeping, administrative and clerical work. Responsibilities Routes incoming and outgoing telephone calls at switchboard or multi-line phone. Takes and distributes messages as appropriate. Greets visitors.
