Trainer AR/TX
- Has completed all requirements to be certified as a FCT trainer.
- Ensure fidelity of Family Centered Treatment model and work closely with FCT consultant.
- Oversees the completion of the Wheels of Change © and certification process for all staff, ensuring staff complete all requirements for certification within 365 day of start date.
- Provides additional FCT and other training to all staff.
- Assist staff in the field as needed to enhance their skills, including portions of FCT fidelity model that require 2 staff to be present.
- Supports the whole staff in implementation of FCT to fidelity.
- Participate in weekly team supervision to review cases and provide feedback on interventions and case conceptualization.
- Monitor timely completion of documentation by staff including FCT fidelity documents required for FACT report and discharge tracker.
- Focuses on Clients/Customers and ensures quality of services delivered to client/customer.
- Acts as a change agent and pursues continuous process improvement.
- Implements Saint Francis’ policies and follows directives as required. Follows and adheres to all pertinent Saint Francis Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), rules, personnel policies and procedures; related accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state, and local rules, statutes, regulations, and contractual terms. Ensures clients’ rights are protected.
- Reports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels.
- Ensures clients’ rights are protected.
- Is knowledgeable of and follows all safety procedures.
- Prefer a minimum of 40 hours in-service education per year.
- Other duties as assigned.
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field as determined DHS with a minimum of one-year experience delivering an evidence-based practice, children, and families(preferred) or
Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field as determined by DHS with a minimum of one-year relevant experience delivering an evidence-based practice.
- Minimum of one-year related experience.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Complete an Arkansas State Police Criminal Background Check, Arkansas Child Maltreatment Central Registry Check and as applicable, a FBI and Central Registry checks of other state they have resided.
- Any other background checks required by the contract.
- Lifting requirement of 30 – 50 pounds
- Must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
