cTrace Solutions is looking for an experienced LVN for our client in Lubbock, Texas!

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Multiple Shifts Available

Overview:
We seek a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care across various settings, including medical offices, assisted living facilities, and intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) centers. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in patient care, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Available Shifts:

  • 7 lvns:
  • (2) 6am-2pm
  • (4) 2pm-10pm
  • (1) for doubles on the weekend

Required Documents:

  • Valid photo ID
  • TB documentation
  • LVN nursing license
  • Current CPR certification
  • COVID-19 test with a negative result
  • Urine drug screen and background check
  • FBI fingerprint background check

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid LVN license in the state of Texas
  • Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Proficiency in advanced nursing skills, including gastrostomy tube/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomy care

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care and treatment to patients
  • Assist in implementing care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Perform clinical tasks such as collecting lab work and conducting health screenings
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
  • Support infection control efforts and quality assurance programs
  • Participate in training and mentoring new LVNs
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care and outcomes
