Mitch's BBQ Crew Member (Full Time)

Summary of Job Functions:

The Crew Member prepares and maintains food offerings during assigned work hours. The Crew Member maintains appropriate health department standards, cleanliness, and food temperatures. The Crew Member endeavors to make every guest visit a pleasant, fast, enjoyable experience. The Crew Member serves guests in a polite, courteous, and professional manner. The Crew Member assists the store management team in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the location.

Experience/Skills/Requirements:

• Prior to employment experience in a commercial kitchen or working in a fast-food restaurant
• Ability to read, follow and carry out written instructions to prepare products and maintain health department

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must maintain reliable telephone service
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
