Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Full-Time | 3501 S. Loop 289 Lubbock, TX 79423
At H2 Health Kids we believe great care begins with great clinicians. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in our outpatient pediatric setting, you will provide direct, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs.Â
You will work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement structured, individualized treatment plans designed to improve communication, social interaction, adaptive behavior, and daily living skills in a supportive and engaging environment.Â
Your Role:Â
- Provide direct ABA therapy to children in accordance with individualized behavior plansÂ
- Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategiesÂ
- Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessionsÂ
- Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding progress and observationsÂ
- Partner with families to encourage skill generalizationÂ
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standardsÂ
- Contribute to a positive, team-based clinical environmentÂ
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)Â
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificationÂ
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Comfort working one-on-one with children with autismÂ
- Commitment to compassionate, ethical ABA servicesÂ
- Compensation ranging from: $15.00- $18.00 per hour
