Proactive and ready to take on challenges with a positive attitude.     What You'll Do As a key member of our team, you will: Perform proper air filtration installation and service in commercial and industrial buildings throughout Lubbock and the surrounding area. Deliver air filtration and related products to customers, verifying the accuracy of items against order fulfillment instructions before departure. Assist in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and preparing for upcoming jobs. Follow customer specific on-site expectations and regulations. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the on-site point of contact. Request customer feedback on services and products, and share leads for new business opportunities with your supervisor. Conduct daily inspections and maintain delivery logs and vehicle checklists. Adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards. Qualifications All candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check and drug screen (if required). Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Eligibility to drive for company business is a plus. To qualify, candidates must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid Texas driver’s license, and have a satisfactory driving record. Service and warehouse-related experience is preferred, but not required. Able to regularly lift 50 lbs. Comfortable working on ladders and using general hand and power tools.   Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus! Strong communication and time-management skills. Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail. Basic computer and math skills are helpful.   Compensation and Benefits This is an hourly position, with a pay rate based on experience.
