Responsibilities: Â
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals by building relationships with both current clients and new prospects, ensuring consistent business growthÂ
Provide thoughtful and tailored IT guidance to help clients align technology solutions with their business objectivesÂ
Analyze and translate client needs into clear technical specifications to support accurate solution developmentÂ
Prepare detailed proposals and oversee the order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutionsÂ
Develop a strong working knowledge of CTSI’s products and services to effectively communicate value to clientsÂ
Engage with clients to understand their needs, gather relevant data, and support the creation of customized solutionsÂ
Proactively surface client challenges and collaborate with internal teams to develop effective solutionsÂ
Provide continued consultation and support to ensure long-term satisfaction and success with CTSI’s solutionsÂ
Regularly participate in client meetings, industry trade shows, networking events, and other local engagements to build relationships, stay informed on market trends, and represent CTSI in the communityÂ
Represent CTSI as a speaker at trade shows and industry events, sharing insights on our services and solutions while strengthening our presence and credibility in the marketÂ
Â
Qualifications:Â
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferredÂ
1–3 years of professional work experience, particularly in a customer-facing, sales, or technical environmentÂ
Prior experience in a technical role or working knowledge of IT concepts is a plus and will help in understanding client needs and solutionsÂ
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, general PC skills, and an understanding of desktop software and hardware productsÂ
Compensation:
The compensation is expected to start at $45,000, plus commission. Our offer will be determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.
