Our Service Technicians should be passionate about customer service, take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a winning team that cares about employees.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
- Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
Qualifications
- Automotive Flat Rate Technician experience with across multiple vehicle brands required
- National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certification(s) in different specialized areas such as brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
