Job Title: Shop Mechanic (Heavy Equipment)

About the Job:
ABCI is looking for a solid Shop Mechanic to work on heavy equipment in our Lubbock shop. If you know your way around Caterpillar and John Deere machines and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Work on heavy equipment in the shop ā diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot engines, hydraulics, and electrical issues
- Keep your work area clean and safe
- Fill out work orders and keep track of what you fix
What We're Looking For:
- Heavy equipment experience is a must
- Experience with CAT and/or John Deere equipment preferred
- Strong mechanical skills (diesel, hydraulics, electrical)
- Ability to figure things out and get equipment back up and running
- Reliable, shows up ready to work, and willing to learn
- Own tools are a plus
Pay:
