ABCI, a respected mid-sized civil construction contractor, is looking for an experienced Finish Blade (CAT M-Series) Operator to join our team. If you take pride in your dirt work and want steady local work with a company that treats operators like craftsmen-not seat-fillers-you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

• Operate a CAT M-Series motor grader for fine grading and finish work

• Use Trimble GPS for precision cuts and accuracy

• Complete daily pre- and post-trip inspections

• Perform basic maintenance and report major issues

• Work safely and follow all company & OSHA procedures

• Collaborate with foremen and crew to hit grade and production targets

• Handle OT when weather or project schedule requires

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years operating a finish blade (fine-grade experience required)

• GPS (Trimble) proficiency

• Solid communication and teamwork

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional
