Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Part-Time

H2 Health Kids is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. If you're passionate about helping children achieve greater independence and reach developmental milestones, this is an opportunity to grow your career in a collaborative, child-focused environment. At H2 Health Kids, you'll work with children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, and sensory-motor challenges. Our team is dedicated to providing evidence-based, play-based therapy that helps children build confidence, mobility, and functional skills while supporting families every step of the way.

Your Role

  • Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Provide hands-on therapy focused on balance, coordination, strength, mobility, and gross motor development.
  • Use engaging, play-based interventions to support participation and progress.
  • Collaborate with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team to monitor patient outcomes.
  • Educate and partner with families and caregivers to encourage carryover at home.
  • Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
  • Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
  • Manage a typical full-time caseload averaging approximately 10–12 patient visits per day.
  • Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Current state Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
