Job Summary
We are seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our HVAC parts team in Lubbock, TX. This role is responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, identifying HVAC replacement parts, and supporting day-to-day branch operations.
The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and experience working with HVAC equipment, parts, or wholesale distribution.
Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers and contractors with HVAC parts inquiries
- Process sales orders, quotes, and customer transactions
- Identify and source HVAC replacement parts and equipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock replenishment
- Receive and organize incoming shipments
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to fulfill orders
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, parts sales, or HVAC industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment, components, and replacement parts is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
