Position Overview:
The Electric Motor Winder will learn and support the repair, rewinding, and assembly of electric motors under the guidance of experienced winders. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop a technical skillset and build a long-term career in the electromechanical repair industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn from and assist experienced winders in rewinding and assembly tasks.

  • Support the preparation and operation of the VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) system.

  • Learn and become proficient in the operation of the core loss tester.

  • Prepare motors for the burnout oven process.

  • Assist winders with collecting and organizing winding data, learning how and where it is stored.

  • Learn to recognize and identify winding connections.

  • Strip and clean motors to prepare for rewinding and assembly.

  • Set up and operate various coil winding machines safely and accurately.

  • Assist experienced winders in using electrical test equipment.

  • Learn to perform stator iron repairs as needed.

  • Successfully complete and pass the EASA Vo-Tech program.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical processes.

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work safely in an industrial environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.

  • Previous motor winding experience is preferred but not required.
