Maintenance Technician HVAC

Description

Boston Creek Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Lubbock, Texas.  

Responsibilities:

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Paint and pick up grounds
• Painting
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• At least 2 plus of onsite experience
• Possess valid Identification
• Full Time Position

Requirements

Requirements: Must be HVAC certified, team player, hard worker, be able to lift and bend. Have own tools, must be able to handle on calls rotate with Lead Maintenance.
