Forklift Operator – 2nd Shift - Lucas, KS

The Land Pride Division currently has an opening for a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator at the Lucas facility.

This position works Monday through Thursday, from 4:30 pm to 3:00 am, with overtime on Fridays as required.

Responsibilities:

Service the department's by ensuring the proper parts and materials are available at the proper place and time
Maintain inventory accuracy at all times
Understanding and use of AS400 and RF units to find location of parts, routing, product structure and parts availability
Assist in receiving of parts from vendor and route truck
Assist with cycle counts as needed
Daily inspection and safe operation of forklift

Qualifications:

Must have forklift experience
Understand team concepts and be a strong team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to excel in a fast paced, high pressure situations and be results oriented
Understanding of lean concepts and willing to implement change
