  • Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate a forklift to move materials and finished products around the facility as needed.
  • Set Up Custom Jobs: Program equipment (such as brakes) to create custom metal shapes and cut raw materials cleanly to avoid waste.
  • Support Inventory Control: Keep raw materials organized, assist with regular inventory counts, and accurately record materials used.
  • Work as a Team: Partner with coworkers daily to package, ship, and complete production orders on time, stepping in to support other departments when needed.
  • Help Guide Teammates: Share your knowledge by helping train newer team members on proper machine operations and production techniques.
  • Prioritize Safety: Follow all safety guidelines, keep work areas clean and secure, and actively promote a safe working culture for everyone.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving, multi-tasking, dexterity, and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Motivated, team-oriented work ethic with proactive safety habits and a strong detail orientation.
  • Physical ability to work continuous periods of standing, perform physical labor in warm environments, and lift/handle required material weights.
  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
