Job DetailsJob Location: Ludowici, GA 31316Position Type: Full TimeJOB SUMMARY This position is for a Registered Nurse Supervisor whose responsibility is to coordinate the day-to-day resident care activities to residents receiving therapeutic and diagnostic services at Coastal Manor, in accordance with accreditation standards, federal, state, and local regulations, organizational and departmental policies and procedures and professional standards.  Utilizes the nursing process to assess, prioritize, plan, deliver, and evaluate adolescent, adult and geriatric population responses.  Coordinates the shift activities of the unit.  Refers unusual clinical and administrative problems to the Director of Nursing.  Responsible for supervision of professional and skilled personnel during an assigned shift.  The position reports to the Director of Nursing.    QualificationsJOB QUALIFICATIONS Minimum level of Education: Education level equivalent to completion of an associate degree in nursing preferred. Formal Training: Clinical competence in nursing preferred. Licensure, Certifications & Registration: Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Georgia;  BLS certification required.  Work Experience: Advanced technical nursing skills.  Intermediate knowledge of the nursing process. Basic computer skills.  Minimum of one (1) year of Long Term Care experience preferred.
